श्रीमान जी,
सविनय निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी उक्त बाद के वादी मुकदमा है तथा हालात मुकदमा से भली भान्ति वाकिफ है। प्रार्थी का उक्त बाद अदम पैरवी में दिनाक.............. को खारिज कर दिया गया है। प्रार्थी ने जानबूझकर माननीय न्यायालय हाजिर आने मे कोई चूक नहीं की है। प्रार्थी नियत तिथि........................... को बीमार होने के कारण न्यायालय हाजिर नहीं आ सका का जिस कारण प्रार्थी का उक्त बाद माननीय न्यायलय द्वारा निरस्त कर दिया गया था। प्रार्थी उक्त आदेश को निरस्त करवाना चाहता है। तथा अपनी पत्रवली पुनर्जीवित करवाना चाहता है। दिनांक...................... को पारित आदेश निरस्त किये जाने योग्य है। स्थिर रहने योग्य नही है। यदि उक्त आदेश को निरस्त नही किया गया तो प्रार्थी को अपूर्णीय क्षति होगी।

I humbly submit that the petitioner is a plaintiff of the latter and the situation is well known from the case. In the aforesaid admonition of the applicant, the date of ............. has been dismissed. The appellant has not knowingly committed any lapse in appearing before the Hon'ble Court.
